Travelling through a second tunnel, a social hub sits at the centre of the space, offering staff a place to spend their breaks as well as their brainstorming sessions. This area also easily transforms into an event space, thanks to multimedia screens and a spacious floorplan, fostering a more agile, inclusive and community-oriented feel to day-to-day working. Aiming to keep unnecessary waste to a minimum, Woodalls additionally opted to reuse the building’s original fixtures where possible, such as the existing ceiling infrastructure.
