Sustainability was the most important element of this vast project. The existing gas boilers were removed and replaced with a chilled ceiling system to reduce the building’s carbon footprint significantly. The building delivers 12 litres per second of filtered and healthy air per person, while the typical office is approximately 8 litres per second per person. Circularity was promoted by reusing 45% of existing furniture from different offices.

Acoustic partitions divide larger floorplates into smaller collaboration zones, project rooms and quiet workspaces while maintaining openness and natural light. This flexible construction approach enables spaces to be reconfigured over time, extending the life of the workplace and responding to changing business needs without major structural intervention.
