An extensive conversion and refurbishment of Pangaea’s new facility. Our client approached us as they were closing their Series A funding round, requiring a new H&, R&D and client engagement space in order to scale up their processes to meet their new investors aggressive timescales for growth.

For initial building searches and feasibility, through to full RIBA (0-8) including fast track delivery - Woodalls took the project from discovery through to delivery overcoming extensive challenges.
